Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Town of Marshfield Plan Commission will hold public hearings Monday, July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Marshfield Town Hall, 999 Fond du Lac St, Mt. Calvary, WI on the following:
   1. Proposed amendment to the property's designation on the Town's future land use map to classify the property from farmland preservation to residential. Said parcel being described as Part of the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec 32, T16N, R19E, Town of Marshfield, Fond du Lac Co, WI containing .54 acre of land.
   2. An application by Roman Weber, N7195 County Rd W, Mt. Calvary, WI to rezone from Farmland Preservation to Residential. Said property being the John Weber property being described as Part of the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec 32, T16N, R19E, Town of Marshfield, Fond du Lac Co, WI containing .54 acre of land.

Persons having an interest are invited to attend and be heard or submit written comment to the Zoning Administrator prior to the public hearing. The Town Board may be in attendance for informational purposes only.
